Does my client need an account?
No. A brand hub is a link. They open it, and there's nothing to sign up for and nothing to remember. They're never a billable seat on your plan either.
How many brand hubs can I publish?
One on Starter. Unlimited on Pro.
Can I put my own branding on it?
The hub carries your client's brand, because it belongs to them. Your studio credit sits at the bottom of every hub with your logo, your name, your role, and a link to your site, and you can switch it off. The made with endform byline stays.
How is this different from the PDF I send my client?
A PDF is a file. It stops changing the moment you send it, and it lives wherever your client saved it. An Endform brand hub is a living, published link. Your client can one-click copy hex codes, download their logo in the format they need, grab their font files & share their guidelines with team members.
Can I update the guidelines after the client already has the link?
Yes. Update the hub and the link everyone already has is current. Nobody needs a new file and nobody's working from last year's version.
Can I keep the guidelines private?
Yes. Password protection is on by default and you decide who gets the password. Even the password screen carries your client's brand rather than a blank login wall.
How long does it take to build one?
