You can modify data included in your account at any time using the options available after logging in to your account. You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at hello@endform.studio, which will also result in the removal of your personal data from the database.
Subscriptions and Payments
To process your subscription, we collect the following personal information from you:

- Billing information such as payment card details and billing address
- Subscription information such as your plan, billing period, and payment history
Payment is made via Stripe. The collection of your payment card details is done entirely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. The data provided during checkout will be stored in the database until the expiration of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract.
Content You Upload
Endform lets you create brand hubs. To provide this, we store the content you add to a hub: logos, colors, typography, images, files, text, and any other brand assets you upload, along with the settings for each hub such as its name, web address, and password.
You control this content. We store it, display it on the hubs you publish, and make it available for download from those hubs. We do not use your uploaded content for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. If the content you upload includes personal information about other people, such as your clients, you are responsible for having the right to share it with us. Uploaded content is stored until you delete it or your account is deleted.
Visitors to Published Hubs
When someone visits a brand hub you have published, whether at an endform.studio address or a custom domain, our hosting provider automatically records the same browsing information described above (IP address, time and date of visit, browser and operating system information). If a hub is password protected, the visitor's password entry is checked against the hub and their browser remembers that the hub is unlocked. We do not run analytics or advertising tracking on published hubs.
Support Requests
To fulfill your support requests, we collect the personal information contained in the support form, including your email address, your message, and any screenshot you choose to attach. Support messages are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. The data provided in the support form will be stored until the expiration of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract.
Servers
To provide use of the Website via the servers on which the Website is hosted, we collect the following personal information from you:
- IP address
- Server date and time
- Browser and operating system information
This data is stored on the server until the expiration of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract. This data is not used by the Company to identify anyone.
